Compensation depends on severity. Mild hearing loss claims typically receive £7,000–£14,000, moderate £14,000–£28,000, severe £45,000–£75,000, and profound loss £75,000–£120,000+. Tinnitus and associated conditions are valued separately and added to the total.

What does No Win No Fee mean?

No Win No Fee means you pay nothing upfront and nothing if your claim is unsuccessful. If you win, a success fee (capped at 25% of damages by law) is deducted from your compensation. All medical assessments and legal costs are covered by us during the claim.
